Edit Values: Replace multiple values (Google Sheets)
Edit value: Replace multiple values lets you swap many different original values with new ones. Also, it allows you to create conditions to specify the products for which you'd like to replace values.
If you're not sure how to proceed or the function does not produce the right effects, please contact our Support Team.
To use Replace multiple values, follow the simple steps below:
To use Edit Values: Replace multiple values, you need to provide a file with two columns: old values that need to be replaced and the new ones.
1. Prepare a two-column Google Spreadsheet with the old values on the left and the new ones on the right.
2. In DataFeedWatch, scroll down to find the field you would like to map (e.g. Size).
3. From the first drop-down list next to it, select a main mapping type (e.g. Use).
4. In the next field, select the Input Field or Master Field that you would like to use.
Please note that Master Fields (that are already mapped for the whole shop) will only be available in the Map Fields tab.
5. Click Edit Values on the right.
6. From the drop-down Mapping Type, choose Replace multiple values.
7. Select the Add from URL and paste the link copied from Google Spreadsheets.
8. To save changes, click Done.
