Master Fields? It's a library with the most common rules- rules that every shop must have.
After you've created a shop, the second step is to map at least the required Master Fields, by creating some basic mapping rules.
- This step will later let you assign the created values in the same way everywhere, so your feeds will be consistent for any channel you choose.
- And there are some other advantages. You don't need to repeat the work in each channel, so you automatize and speed up the configuration.
- On the top of that, those rules are automatically used in the channels you create.
You can create your Master Fields:
- In the Master Fields section, by creating new fields and/or rules
- In the Channel Mapping, by copying the existing rules to Master Fields
