Granting Access to the Google Merchant Centre Account with Your Campaigns

If you have signed up for Google Shopping Ads with a Google Account, but you still can't access some campaigns, probably you need to grant to that account access to the Google Merchant Centre to which your campaigns are assigned.

You can simply log in to the relevant Google Merchant Centre, and follow the procedure below.

To access the unavailable campaigns, follow the steps below:
  1. Check the GMC ID next to the unavailable campaign in DataFeedWatch
  1. Sign in to the Google Merchant Center account with the above ID
  2. Click the wrench icon in the upper right corner
  3. Select Account access
  1. Click the plus button 
Do not add the e-mail as email contact.
  1. To check the e-mail address to add, in DataFeedWatch, go to Google Shopping Ads > Settings (optional)
  1. Enter the name and email address that you used in DataFeedWatch to connect, and click Add user
  2. Next, select Standard user access
  1. Click Save
